Our valued client is actively searching outstanding individuals to join their organisation as a Research & Development (10/0052)
Requirements:
- Male/female, max. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical Engineering or other related fields with min. GPA 3.00
- Min. 3 years experience in Research & Development
- Object-Oriented analysis and development with UML
- Experience with Project Research is preferable
- Good English skills both oral and written
- Able to work under preasure, fast learner, excellent in communications & interpersonal skills, independent and strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Overview formulates, directs and coordinates all research and development programs
- Introduces new products and processes into overall company strategy
- Prepare recommendations for the improvement and cost reduction of existing products and processes
