Our valued client is actively searching outstanding individuals to join their organisation as a Production Supervisor (08/0165)
Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in oil & gas industry with equivalent responsibilities. Supervisory level
- Extensive experience as a production supervisor of a full hydrocarbon production facility including separation, gas compression, gas dehydration, liquids / gas export, protective systems (fire & gas and ESD) and other associated process systems
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work within internal procedures and controls
- Leadership of operations an maintenance teams
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all production operations during on site an for ensuring a safe and proper handover is implemented by all production personnel
- Directing the activities of day and night shift production staff to a high standard in accordance with the company safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to carefully plan and interface all concurrent activities related to production operations to ensure optimum timing an minimal interference
- To monitor operations and submit proposals for production improvement and cost savings and to assist in preparation of department budget
- Responsible for the control and supervision of the Permit To Work System to ensure that all onsite activities are carried out according to procedures and guidelines in a safe manner, and to maximise equipment and plant availability and minimise production downtime
