Our valued client is actively searching outstanding individuals to join their organisation as a Business Unit Manager - Case Hole and Flow Control (10/0148)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with major in petroleum, mechanical engineering, management discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years experience in relevant products & services
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
- Overseas experience is a must
Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of their respective Business Unit to ensure compliance with company policies. Maximising market share, revenues and profit by controlling cost, developing marketing strategies and introducing new technologies.
