Responsibility :
- Exploration studies
- Regional studies via integrated asset data
- Technical advice and help in new plays, studies, prospect generation, exploration drilling and appraisal
- Prospect assessment quality assurance
- Facilitate regular prospect / funnel reviews
- Review process to ensure unbiased estimates of volumetric and pos
- Provide technical guidance & challenge for all prospects
- Ensure technical standards and processes are followed
- Conduct annual post-appraisal review
- Preparing geological prognoses including tops, cross sections, and correlational panels
Requirement :
- At least 15 years of experience as expert demonstrated leadership in both office and site environment, and min 5 years current position as CEO
- Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills to junior geoscientists
- Worked at mid-to senior positions with leading multinational oil companies or OFSEs for more than 15 years across countries with a demonstrated professional growth path
- Deep understanding of best practices, industry standards, and safety integrity in oil and gas industry
- Experience in G&G technical study, basin evaluation and modeling, stratigraphic corr., and formation evaluation for sandstone, carbonate, and basement reservoirs with experience in Indonesia as an added plus
- Understanding all duties and responsibilities related to geological operations
- Willing to travel to field as required.
