  • Strategic account management of key accounts
  • Accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance
  • Chairperson of country to address specific country needs
  • Support coordination in the country for HSM including
  • Act as industry spokesperson and figurehead in order to promotes company's brand and capability
  • Aggresively deploy new business initiatives
  • Customer relationship management processes and increasting customer satisfaction levels
  • Responsible for sales activities and long term relationship management for specified accounts
  • System and consulting knowledge applicable to vertical markets
  • Understanding of key processes, economic drivers in order to develop valued customer partnership in control and business solutions
  • Account (New & Existing) Development
  • Consult/investigate key business opportunities with range of customer contracts
  • Proposal generation
  • Manage metrics around bookings and incentive planning tool for Sales team
  • Team and Self development
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
  • Prior experience of managing a team of sales professionals
  • Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex contractual agreements is preferred 
  • Strong sales team management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Strong coordination and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of customer financial drivers/ needs
  • Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
  • Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tool
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leaderhisp skills
