Our Client- an Multinational Trading Company currently is looking for potential and dynamic typical person to fill in the position as listed below:
Responsibility :
- Prepare and manage budget of training operations
- To ensure the development of training and development programs for employees at all level that will enhance their knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Conduct periodic learning needs analysis
- Source, eveluate and recommend approriate learning programmes for staff meet up with training vendors
- Maintain a system of eveluating the effectiveness of all programs
- Ensure that all activities pertaining to training are planned, prepared and conducted on schedule and within approved budget
- To establish and conduct a comperhensive soft-skills training programs which related to the employees competencies to maximize the potetential of the company's human resources
- Analyze effectiveness of learning initiatives and provide feedback to company management and/or make recommendations for improvements whenever approriate
- Follow up with learning recognition efforts
- Follow up to ensure efforts by immediate superiors and/or employees in the application of new skills acquired
- To monitor, ensure and record that Main Objectives of Quality Manual- Resource Management- are met on an annual basis
Requirement :
- Minumum Bachelor degree from Human Resources Manager/ Psychology background or related field
- Male will be preferable
- 32-35 years old
- Good English both verbal and written
- Supervisor/ Assistant Manager are welcome for apply
- Independent worker and multitasking
