Our client- a Multinational Trading company is looking for potential and dynamic typical person to fill in the position as listed below:
Responsibility :
- To overseas the recruitment process and staffing needs of the company and ensure that recruitment procedures, policies and guidelines are followed throughout
- Responsible for all recruitment activities in the company
- Processing of employement contracts
- Responsible for coordinating 1st day staff induction activities
- Administers timely the turnoever report/ analysis
- Assist HR Management to prepare manpower planning
- Prepare and manage budget of recruitment and training operations
- To ensure the development of training and development programs for employees at all levels
- Responsible for identyfying the training needs
- Develop and review policies in regards of training & recruitment activity
- Assist the company management and HR management to prepare the performance evaluation and administer the annual performance appraisal
- Update and ensure the implementation of the effective and efficient organization structure and organization development plan
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Human Resources Management/ Psychology or related field
- Minimum 2 years experiences in managerial level
- High exposure on Recruitment & Training field
- 35-38 years old
- Dynamic typical person
- Good English both verbal and written
