- At least bachelor degree in engineering or science.
- Strong analytical and logical approach.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, both English and Indonesian
- Good planning and project management skills.
- Familiarity with a range of quality standards and models, ISO 9000.
- Computer and mathematical ability to interpret figures and statistics.
- Ability to motivate staffs and good negotiating skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and dealing with complexity.
