A national company that located at South Jakarta area currently is looking for Administrative and documentation to fill the positions as list below.
Responsibility :
- To responds and support field sales and Key Account team for any requests received from customers or overseas
- To support the operation staff like a Customer Service and Invoicing for arrange the shipment request
- Have a good relationship with customer, to support sales team achievement
- To have good know-how of the service providers and customers
- Searching and obtains the best costs from various sources
- Prepare and make the official quotation offer, and send the quotation offer to customer as per they request
- Negotiates with Customer & obtains the approval from them for the quotation offer
- Make a monthly reports to inform the status of the quotation
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma from any field
- Minimum 2 years experiences in admin sales logistic
- Good in english both verbal and writtem
