Our client- a Multinational Software for Oil & Gas company currently is looking for strong management and marketing strategy to fill in the position as listed below:
Responsibility :
- Sales forecasting- to be responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of the Indonesian sales opportunities on a weekly and quarterly basis, from prospecting to closure
- Sales and business development- employing various consultative and strategic selling strategies to find, create, develop and nurture opportunities to fruition resulting in sales for key clients
- Mentoring and leadership of the Indonesia Sales team
- Relationship management- to help develop and manage relationships with clients at senior level within the client organization. To also build and manage relationships with business partners and agents
- Account planning- responsible for creating and maintaining accounts plans for key clients detailing objectives, sales strategies, SWOT analysis, etc
- Sales opportunity management- to actively utilize the internal sales management tool to manage all sales opportunies from prospect to closure
- Pricing and quotations- to be responsible for crafting and developing proposals for clients with proper observance of Paragigm's revenue recognition and VSOE policies
Requirement :
- More than 10 years experiences
- Have extensive in technical sales/ sales/ Business Development
- Exposure on Geoscience software space and good networking amongst Indonesian upstream customers
- Familiar with consultative and strategic selling and have demonstrated that you can successfully execute go-to-market strategies
- Good English
