Our client- a multinational trading company that leading in rice and sortex indutries machine currently is looking for dynamic and potential candidate to fill in the position:
Responsibility :
- Sales responsibilities for Sortex and Rice Business Unit in Indonesia
- Report to Head of Sales
- Regular customer visits and relationship building
- Business development for existing and new customers
- Identify market opportunities, competitors and pricing and prepare market analysis report to include personal views and proposals once every three months
- Regular update of information of potential customers in the CRM
- Open communication and frequent update of market information to the Regional Sales Manager and supporting team
- Good flow of information from customers to internal departments who are involved in the chain of process
- Comply to the guidelines for pricing, contract and payment terms
- Order intake and price quality
- Manage sales budget and be responsible for sales expenses
Requirement :
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Male
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the process industry
- Good knowledge in rice milling process and sorting system/sensor. Food machine experiences are welcome for apply.
- Experience in Sales Engineering will be an advantage
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Possesion of written and verbal English is a must
- Good listening skills and understanding of customers' needs
- Strong technical know-how to provide high quality consultation
- Creative with solutions
- Task focused and target oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team player across departments
- Eager to learn and constantly seek to improve professionally through technical and other trainings
- Willing to travel domestic and overseas
