The incumbent reports to the Pharmaceutical Director. The job primarily involves maintain existing and finding new pharma customers in Indonesia, in the initial phase the work will be focused on East and central Java. The candidate will be responsible to identify new potential customers. The candidate has some management experience on opportunities management and sales, Relation management and Sales forecasting. The incumbent must be able to capture customer needs, set value proposition, conduct project value analyses, and together with the Engineering team propose competitive production solutions. He/She must be able to calculate and specify equipment or components to evaluate overall project cost on a budget level. 

• Graduate with very good GPA from a reputable university in Pharmaceutical engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in Pharmaceutical process design
• Good knowledge in Hygienic design, Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics and Heat transfer technology.
• 4-8 years experience in selling plant component (pump, valves and heat exchanger) especially to Pharmaceutical, food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership competence and strong interpersonal relationship.
• Excellent sales management planning
• Excellent presentation skills
• Exceptional self motivated / self starter and very strong result orientation
• Have strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, level cc according to EF standards
• PC literate in software such as AutoCad, MS Office and others.
