Manage driver management activities at physical transportation, Branch:

• Ensure DWH (Driver working hour) is implemented
• Ensure sufficient driver according to operational requirement
• Monitor the timeliness and accuracy of all orders being delivered and to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled within agreed policies and procedures (SOP)
• Review Uang Jalan base on RHM on periodical bases

• Ensure daily tool box meeting and FTW (Fit to work) are conducted before delivery

• Monitor the implementation of Heart and Mind Program

Monitor fleet maintenance activities for physical transportation at Branch:

• Ensure maintenance is conducted based on maintenance schedule

• Oversee the fleet status periodically; review and analyze fleet data report regarding fleet performance and utilization, and cost management
• Monitor the response time for storing. Max 4 hours after receiving report

• Set meeting and evaluate third party maintenance on monthly basis
• Review and approve spare part request within authority limit

Monitor journey management activities for physical transportation at Branch:

• Ensure RHM has been conducted for all virgin delivery
• Ensure all RHM is updated every six month and conducted according to SOP
• Monitor Journey Management Plan implementation
• Conduct spot check once a month
• Conduct road check one a month

Manage finance, administrative and reporting duties within own department:

• Responsible to achieve profit and utilization target
• Approve cash payment according to SOP and Authorization list
• Review daily cash position report; Propose additional petty cash funds to Head of F&A, BU as required
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of physical transportation related reports
• Analyze operational data and reports and seek ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of own operational unit
• Prepare yearly budget and monitor variance
• Ensure all trucks are properly insured

Responsible for performing Safety, Health and Environment activities:

• Ensure all staffs, daily workers and drivers fully understand and implement company and SHE regulation
• Ensure all safety requirements are met
• Submit SHE monthly report to GM
• Ensure health and safety inspection are conducted internally and rectify any findings
• Ensure Emergency response drills (1 big drill and 3 small drills) are done and review every year
• Review accident report before submission to management (BOD, BM, SHE, IR, F&A, and People Development) within 1 x 24 hours after the accident occurred

Establish and maintain relationships with related government officers and outsourcing company that influences achievement of operation unit :

• Follow up complain
• Join visit with sales to customer for survey or if there is any problem with unloading or shortage in the customer site

Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment:

• Ensure efficient number of manpower needed to support daily operation and future growth
• Ensure that subordinates including daily workers and outsourcing meet with Company requirements
• Coordinate with People Development in identifying function’s requirement for development/training program
• Couch / counsel subordinates to increase work motivation and achieve best performance
• Provide formal and informal guidance and feedback to subordinates and outsourcing to
• Ensure all subordinates, daily workers and outsourcing understand their roles, functions, job Descriptions and KPIs
• Conduct performance evaluation of direct and indirect subordinates based on the company policy

• Foster coordination and open communication across within logistic operation function
• Monitor Heart and Mind Program

Improve self competencies through relevant and effective training and development program

• Bachelor Degree (S1)
• 7 years experience in Transportation / Distribution / Operation with minimum of 2 years in managerial position function
• Not a smokers
