Responsibility :
- Coordinates salesand marketingactivities in respective areas.
- Schedules and organizescustomertrainingseminars.
- Manages currentcustomercontactlistsforrespective areas.
- Coordinates alltechnicalservice issues withTechServices in atimelymanner.
- Providesannualoperating plansby lookingathistoric recordsand anticipatescustomer demands
- Maintains an accurate inventoryaccording tocustomerdemands.
- Managesand understands the ProfitandLoss (P&L)statementsprovided.
- Providesasemi-monthlytemporeportofanticipated revenuesforlocation
- WorkswithSupply ChainManagerto optimize location inventorylevels
- Workswithpurchasingto proposethirdparty itemstostockandactively marketsthese productstocustomers
- Workswith otherwarehouse locationsandall Hunting /Titanproduction divisionsas necessarytooptimize corporate profitsbysupplying any inventorythatmaybe needed
thatcannotbe producedin timetomeetcustomerorder
- Monitorsopenaccountsreceivable and callscustomers-asnecessarytohelp Finance collectoutstandingA/R.
- Makesrecommendationstohelp optimize warehouse locations performance,safetyand environmentalissues.
- Manages all employee related issuesincludingselection,training,retaining,attendance management,performance evaluations.
- Issueswritten andoral instructions.
- Assignsduties andexaminesworkforexactness,neatness,andconformance topolicies and procedures.
- Studies and standardizesproceduresto improveefficiencyofsubordinates.
- Maintains harmonyamong workersandresolvesgrievances.
- Preparescompositereportsfromindividualreportsofsubordinates.
- Resolveserrorsand complaints.
- Can performactivities ofworkerssupervised.
Requirement :
A. Education and Training
- High SchoolDiplomaorthe equivalentisrequired.
- Bachelor’s degree(B.A.)fromfouryearcollegeoruniversity,and/oratleast5years experience.
B. Experience
- Minimum5 yearswireline operationsexperience.
- Meetsall requirementsofWarehouseSupervisor.
C. Technical Requirements
- Able to writereports,businesscorrespondence,and proceduremanuals.
- Able to effectivelypresentinformation andrespond toquestionsfromgroupsofmanagers, clients,customers,andthegeneral public.
- Able to interface with both technicalandnon-technicalpersonnel.
- Able to provide improvementtoprocessesasrequired.
- Able to calculatefiguresand amountssuch asdiscounts, interest,commissions,proportions, percentages, area,circumference,and volume.
D. Other
- Mustbefamiliarwith andfollowOSHA,ATF,DOT,andHunting Titanpolicyand procedures.
- Mustbefamiliarwith properuseand applicationof Hunting Titanproduced equipmentand be able tocommunicatethisinformation effectivelyto customers.
- Able torecognize and bediscreetwith sensitivefinancial,personnel,andotherbusiness related information.
- Able to workwith people in aharmoniouswayto accomplish thetaskassigned tothisjob.
E. Certificates,Licenses & Registrations
- Mustbe atleast21yearsold andmustmeetallATF, State andotherapplicable regulations in referencetohandling hazardous material suchasreceiving,storing,and deliveryof explosives.
- Musthave avalid driver’s license andrecordthatconformsto company’sinsurance policies, ATF,DOT,and Stateofotherrequired Hazmattraining.
- Mustalso obtain avalid Blaster’sLicense.
