BUSINESS PARTNERING

• Providing monthly product analysis and financial supports to business units and regional office
• Identifying and driving implementation of new or changes financial processes and methods that can improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility
• Ensuring existence of business strategy plans that are based on sound financial basis and analysis
• Being a sparring partner to business unit
• Formulating and implementing financial strategies to optimize resources and increase overall revenue and profitablity of the company

ACCOUNTING, REPORTING & CONTROLLING

• Ensuring and being responsible for all finance and accounting, tax and legal processes in Indonesia
• Ensuring adequate controls of financial, commercial, and operational processes are in place
• Ensuring and being responsible for budgeting process for all logistics business units in Indonesia
• Ensuring and being responsible for book closing processes for all logistics business units in Indonesia and ensuring that the reporting being aligned with Indonesia's GAAP, IFRS, and local legal requirements
• Ensuring timely and accurate consolidation reports of all logistics business units in Indonesia
• Formulating and implementing financial strategies to optimize resources and increase overall revenue and profitablity of the company
• Performing ad-hoc investment analysis
• Being responsible for the development, implementation and management of financial, accounting and investment activities 

WORKING CAPITAL, TAX & LEGAL

• Ensuring and being responsible for reviewing legal and tax requirements, including review of legal contracts, tax filing, etc
• Being responsible for improving the working capital position
• Reviewing corporate income tax rates for reductions where approriate

• Min 10 years of experience in Finance which have similar area of expertise as above key responsibilities
• Preferably 5 years of Senior Management experience within the logistics & supply chain business would be more likely with proven track record of success
• Prior success in team building, driving team performance, and initiating team improvement is strongly advised
• Good analytical, market evaluation and business planning skills
• Well-groomed, result oriented, customer satisfaction orientes
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, anc communication skills
• Strong process orientation; team player
• Experience with SAP/ Hypherion
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & written) is a must
