Responsibility :
- Develop and implement approriate policies, systems and practices which support high standards and professionalism, and which are aligned both with local employment legislation and with the values of the corporation
- Manage manpower planning and optimisation
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process
- Implement compensation/ incentive programs and benefit plans which are competitive and effective processes in motivating and retaining high performers
- Deploy effective processes for performance management and career development which ensures that talent within the organization is fully developed
- Coordinate and conduct training and career development programs
- Manage employee relations and staff welfare issues
- Manage dealings with government, labour relations and other agencies
- Provide guidance to management on all human relations matters
- Maintain quality relationship and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Monthly HR reporting
Requirement :
- Master degree from Psychology discipline
- Minimum 5 years in related level
- Good knowledge with psychology assessment/ reporting
- Good track record as a people developer and managing employee and industrial relations
- Experience in formulating and implementing HR policies and systems
- Hands-on with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Sensitivity to the handling of confidential information
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
