  • Develop and implement approriate policies, systems and practices which support high standards and professionalism, and which are aligned both with local employment legislation and with the values of the corporation
  • Manage manpower planning and optimisation
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process
  • Implement compensation/ incentive programs and benefit plans which are competitive and effective processes in motivating and retaining high performers
  • Deploy effective processes for performance management and career development which ensures that talent within the organization is fully developed
  • Coordinate and conduct training and career development programs
  • Manage employee relations and staff welfare issues
  • Manage dealings with government, labour relations and other agencies
  • Provide guidance to management on all human relations matters
  • Maintain quality relationship and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Monthly HR reporting
  • Master degree from Psychology discipline
  • Minimum 5 years in related level
  • Good knowledge with psychology assessment/ reporting
  • Good track record as a people developer and managing employee and industrial relations
  • Experience in formulating and implementing HR policies and systems
  • Hands-on with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Sensitivity to the handling of confidential information
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
