Multi National Trading Company is looking for dinamic and experience to fill in the position as listed below:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and to ensure achieve sales objectives in line with the Company’s business strategy, plans & customer pipelines in the assigned area / assigned customers / assigned market segment.
  • Close contact and partnership with Customer service through daily information sharing on matters pertaining to customer inquiries, complaints, credit problems and orders received (though not exhaustive) with the goal to solve issues and improve service.
  • Follow up on quotations and update the status in coordination with Customer Service.
  • Monitor and review the assign territory’s outstanding debts, on a monthly basis, to minimize risk of potential bad debts and to improve cash flow.
  • Determine, manage and optimize the stock level and profile of the assigned area / assigned customers / assigned market segment
  • Consult and cooperate with Marketing and other Sales Managers, to plan, develop and enhance the Lapp Kabel brand awareness in the market, and increase the competitiveness and profitability of the business through Customer, Competitor and Market Intelligence, effective sales strategies and marketing mix.

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) with sales experience of industrial product or related field is required for this position.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level
  • Highly self-motivated and good interpersonal skill
