Our client- a multinational operator Oil & Gas Company currenty is looking for potential candidate to fill the position as listed below:
Responsibility :
- As the Primary Contact of Marine Technical Authorities of Company Operations for
all matters related to marine to achieve safe and commercially viable operations of both
current and future operating assets and projects to deliver and comply with Santos
Indonesia Operations business and Government of Indonesia law and regulations
objectives/target. - As Key Contact for the Corporate in relations to all marine related matters, including
marine vessel integrity management and assure the integrity of the existing facilities, vessel,
and marine equipment are in line with Santos and relevant Regulatory standard and
regulations. - As Subject Matters Expert (SME) for all marine and floating systems including underwater
and anchor handling jobs, offtake and towing systems, navigational aids, fuel technical
system on vessel, and offshore radio communication. - Actively supporting Santos’ commitment to Environment, Health and Safety including:
adopting and promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with Santos
Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) standards.
Requirement :
- A degree qualified or First Class Chief Engineers Certificate or Master Mariners Certificate or
equivalent vocational standards. - Professional qualified, e.g. Master Mariner or Marine Engineering degree and/or a Chief
Engineer’s or Combined Certificates. - Preferably certified as Mooring Master and hold a valid Maritime Pilot Certificate.
- Excellent knowledge of Flag and Class requirements and standards, the relevant Indonesian
legislation and interface between verification scheme and safety case, as well as knowledge
of oil and gas Marine and Logistic operations, and Marine management principles. - Preferably experienced as Marine Consultant and/or Surveyor.
- Have a sufficient Personal Safety Training and familiar with Marine Safety applications.
- At least 5 year experience in supervision level, preferable in offshore/onshore project or 10
years extensive experience in Marine operations. - Experienced working with Marine EHS systems.
