- Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years experience, from Hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Understands and capable in making Training Need Analysis, Training Module, Training effectiveness analysis
- Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership skills
- Able to speak Mandarin
- Willing to be located at Bali
