Responsibility :

- Maintainssalesvolume, productmix,andselling pricebykeepingcurrent withsupplyanddemand, changingtrends,economic indicators,and competitors.
- Establishesandadjusts sellingprices bymonitoring costs,competition,supply anddemand.
- Completessales operationalrequirements byschedulingand assigningemployees (followingonworkresults)
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting,selecting, orienting,andtraining employees.
- Maintains sales staff job resultsbycounselingand discipliningemployees; planning,monitoring,and appraisingjobresults.
Requirement :
- MinimumS-1fromMechanical/ElectricalEngineerin
- Local;8-10yearsexperiencesConstruction/EPCCompany/Pulp&Paper/Food&Beverage/Cement/Chemical/ MiningIndustries, EngineeringConsultants,Suppliers.
