• Exploration Studies
• Regional studies via integrated asset data
• Technical advice and help in new plays, studies, prospect generation, exploration drilling and appraisal
• Prospect assessment quality assurance
• Facilitate regular prospect/ funnel reviews
• Review process to ensure unbiased estimates of volumetric and pos
• Provide technical guidance & challenge for all prospects
• Ensure technical standards and processes are followed
• Conduct annual post-appraisal review
• Preparing geological prognoses including tops, cross sections, and correlational panels

• At least 15 years of experience as expert or manager and demonstrated leadership in both office and site environment
• Minimum Bachelor degree in related field
• Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills to junior geoscientists
• Worked at mid-to senior positions with leading multinational oil companies or OFSEs for more than 15 years across countries with a demonstrated professional growth path
• Deep understanding of best practices, industry standards, and safety integrity in oil & gas industry
• Experience in Indonesia or ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage but not a must
• Experience in G&G technical study, basin evaluation and modeling, stratigraphic corr., and formation evaluation for samdstone, carbonate, and basement reservoirs with experience in Indonesia as an added plus
• Understanding all duties and responsibilities related to geological operations.
